Judge Michael Pastor rules there is sufficient evidence to warrant a manslaughter trial and so Dr. Conrad Murray is ordered to stand trial in the death of Michael Jackson.
The Judge also orders the suspension of Dr Murray's medical license, as a condition to his bail.
In his closing statement, Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told the judge, "It was not Michael Jackson's time to go. Michael Jackson is not here today because of the negligence and reckless acts of Dr. Murray."
Walgren said Murray cared more about covering up evidence than helping MJ.
Judge Pastor's ruling follows a 6-day preliminary hearing in which more than 20 witnesses were called.
If convicted Murray faces a maximum of 4 years in prison.
Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ, "We are disappointed but not surprised. We knew we would be in trial and that's where we're going to end up."

The website features a book of Katherine's recollections of Michael and released a remix of a Jacksons song shortly before the release of a posthumous album last year.
The copyright infringement lawsuit asks a federal judge to turn over the website to the estate. It also seeks all profits from the website, which would go to the multimillion estate that supports Katherine Jackson and the singer's three children.
The complaint alleges Mann and the site are using Michael's likeness improperly, including images from the film "This Is It" and five sketches the singer drew. The lawsuit states Mann has created a false endorsement by including a "special thanks" to the estate in Katherine Jackson's book despite not receiving permission for the use of copyrighted works.
"The Estate had hoped Mann would voluntarily cease his conduct but that was not to be," estate attorney Howard Weitzman wrote in a statement. "People who trade off of Michael's personality, copyrights, and trademarks should not be allowed to exploit the legacy of one of the world's most recognized talents for their own benefit."

A huge development in the Michael Jackson Estate case. The Executors have done so well making money for the Estate since Jackson died, they want to fund the Michael Jackson Trust to the tune of $30 million for the benefit of Katherine Jackson and Michael's 3 kids.
TMZ has obtained court documents in which co-Executors John Branca and John McClain are asking the court's permission to fund the trust. According to the docs, the Estate generated more than $310 million in gross revenues as of December 31, 2010 -- that's the latest accounting.
In addition to funding the trust, the Executors are asking the court's permission to sell the longtime family home on Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, CA. According to the docs, Katherine wants to sell the house and, although no price is mentioned, the property was valued at $4,150,000 when Michael died.
The docs say Katherine wants the Estate to purchase another home and she's eying several properties, but we're told the home she really wants is the Calabasas house in which she and the kids are currently living.
